WHAT'S NEW?
We are now making soy candles. We offer different sizes
and scents. Some candles are essential oils and some are
fragrance oils, but both kinds are great, and healthier
than paraffin or gel candles. We also sell wick trimmers
to keep your wick from smoking. Wicks should be kept at
under 1/4 inch in length for best flame.
Parfum is another newcomer on our shelves. Not cheap
quality, but the highest quality, long lasting parfum in
delightful 2oz glass sprayer bottles. Economically priced,
with many to choose from. This will complement our scented
roller bottles, which can also be used as a personal
fragrancer.
Do you love baths? Then you will enjoy a peaceful bath
time indulgence with our bath salts, in either the fizzing
or regular variety. The salts contain relaxing or
invigorating scents, depending on your selection. The Dead
Sea salts add nutrients to your skin while relieving pain,
arthritis, and detoxifying. It is also great for skin
conditions like eczema or psoriasis.
SOY CANDLES
Soy candles offer a number of benefits over traditional wax
candles. Soy candles last 50%-80% longer than traditional
candles. They also burn slower and cooler (helping to
better distribute fragrance), are non-toxic, unlikely to
trigger allergies, clean up with soap and water, and
produce very little soot. These factors tend to make them
more animal and child-friendly than traditional candles.
Soy wax is also a favorite of environmentally conscious
consumers. Made from American-grown soybeans, it's
biodegradable, a renewable resource, and from a global
point of view, it "supports the U.S. economy instead of
foreign oil conglomerates." The Golden Goat, llc hand
pours each batch for optimum performance and fragrance.
Paraffin wax, on the other hand, is made from petroleum and
produces carcinogens and soot when burned. In fact, one air
quality researcher stated that the soot from a paraffin
candle contains many of the same toxins produced by burning
diesel fuel. Even many of the seemingly healthy,
aromatherapy candles sold today can do more harm than good.
