Dry, Itchy Skin?? We can help... Winter is notorious for dry air, but your skin doesn't have to suffer! My first question to a customer who has dry or itchy skin is, "What are you using to wash with?" The reason behind this is the fact that most commercially prepared soaps aren't even soap, they are chemical or detergent based. Both of these are harmful to your skin and are causing the majority of the damage to your skin. If you use one of our moisturizing goat milk soaps regularly, you will notice the elimination of a need for lotions, and your skin will feel silky soft all the time. It isn't always possible to use our soaps exclusively, so you may need to pick up a lotion for at work or in your purse to get you through the day. If you can use our soaps to wash your hands and body, you will get the most benefit. Stop in and find out what we recommend for you personally. Each person has different issues to deal with, and we will help you as much as we can. Christmas Gift ideas - IT'S NOT TOO LATE Are you done with your Christmas shopping? Here are some great ideas for that hard-to-buy-for person on your list. • Soap and lotion • Dead Sea/Age-Defying package • Mineral Makeup or Gift Certificate • Handpainted glassware • Handmade pottery • Crockpot and Soup mixes • Many more items in store to chose from Don’t forget that Jesus is the Reason for the Season! Soap Facts TRUE soap can only be made with LYE. If it isn't made with lye, it can't be called soap, by Federal guidelines. So, how can you tell if it is made with lye or not?? Most soaps with have ingredients on the label. If the label says SAPONIFIED OILS OF or contains LYE or SODIUM HYDROXIDE, you can be sure that you are getting REAL SOAP. Health Information Not all alcohols are drying. There are certain products that are alcohols that are actually moisturizing. There are different kinds of alcohol, and one of them--rubbing alcohol--will indeed rob your hair or skin of moisture. The type used in shampoos and skin creams is different; it comes from fatty acids and therefore isn't drying.
Without you, we wouldn't be in business - thank you!!
