     Whether you are trying to achieve a firmer and more toned appearance or if you want to draw out toxins & impurities, this incredible mud is the answer! Use plastic wrap to encompass the treated area, then apply topical heat such as linen wraps soaked in very warm water with your choice of aromatherapy oils, to aid in relaxation while you rest. Place a heating blanket over & under for additional surface heat. Or, use a space blanket to capture existing heat! (Note: wrapping this incredible mud & resting for a minimum of one hour, will reduce inches from the body and firm/tone the area! Please be aware these results are only temporary. Try it for bloating, puffiness, etc.)

 For best results, use in combination with the mineral mud, toner, mineral cream, and dead sea mud soap as directed below

• wash face thoroughly with dead sea mud soap.  dry, but leave slightly damp.
  
• apply mango mineral peel with the tips of your fingers.  gentle apply a medium-thick layer to all areas of the face. allow the peel to remain on your face for up to 20 minutes for maximum results.  the peel generates heat as it sits on your face, so if it feels too intense, remove it.  as it heats, the peel may drip down your face, simply reapply it to areas where it is thinner.  work your way up to 20 minutes over a series of treatments.  gently remove peel with warm water, rubbing in circular motions
  
• apply mud in a thin layer over the entire face with a fan brush.  the thicker it is, the longer it takes to dry.  leave on your face until it is completely dry.  rinse off with warm water, in gentle circles.  pat dry
  
• shake mineral toner well.  dampen cotton ball with toner.  apply mineral toner to face in gentle strokes, avoiding eye area.  allow to dry
  
• apply mineral cream to face using fingertips
